REFUND POLICY

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and un-styled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. Please note unauthorized returned orders, sent back to us without prior knowledge or approval will not be accepted or granted a refund. Any packages returned without prior approval will not be returned to the sender. Kindly ensure to include all order details when shipping your order. Returns received without order details may not receive a refund.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All Items must be unworn and unwashed, uncut, un-styled and still have the original lace.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Hair By Lin.

2. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Please send all returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund. 3. WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY? 

 

Defective items must be reported with email within 7 days of receipt.  If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Report email: assistance@hairbylin.com

5. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

​

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. We recommend using USPS.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

​

We aim to process your return ASAP. Please allow for 7-14 days for refunds. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with your order and returns tracking details.

7. DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges.
