POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

 All appointments must be scheduled online. It's recommended to book in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and service provider for your services. A 30% deposit is required at booking to secure appointments and for all hair services via Square, PayPal (Safest payment method). All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after one time. No exceptions!

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

For clients arriving pre-washed, your hair and scalp must be THOROUGHLY washed, clean and DETANGLED. Please arrive with no products in your hair because the products that I do use in your hair works best on clean hair. I always ensure your hair is well nourished and moisturized because we want to promote healthy hair growth. If your hair is not clean at my discretion, it will be washed & blow-dried for an additional surcharge.  All you will need is your hair packages unless you purchased a hair/install package where the bundles will be provided.

ARRIVAL

Kindly arrive well rested at your scheduled time. Please arrive to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are permitted.

Please wear a mask at all times during your appointment. Over-the-ear loop style is recommended. Ear pods or headphones are required for calls and entertainment. Be well dressed, bring positive vibes and be picture ready!

CANCELLATIONS

 All cancellations must be made 72-48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid a last minute cancellation fee ($50) deducted from your total service balance. Same day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your total deposit. PLEASE CALL directly to cancel or send an email. Providing ample notice gives myself and other clients a chance to schedule an appointment during that time slot. We appreciate your understanding of this policy by providing plenty of notice when needing to adjust your schedule. Please be respectful of our  time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here for your reservation. Repeated no-shows or cancellations require full pre-payments to reserve an appointment. 

 

LATENESS

All clients receive a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment. If you may be running late, kindly provide ample notice as we will always try our best to accommodate all you. If another appointment isn't scheduledyou will be charged a $30 late fee.Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. 

 

PAYMENTS & BALANCES

All balances are due on your scheduled day of appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. For your convenience, we accept all major debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. (8.875% NY sales tax included) We do not accept checks. Other acceptable forms of payment include PayPal, Zelle and Cash app.If you have to stop at the ATM or the store please do so prior. All payments are non-refundable.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Please use a considerate approach to health and wellness. If you experience COVID-19 symptoms, are sick, or if you have been in contact with anyone sick, please do not come to your appointment and risk exposing others. Any of the aforementioned circumstances will result in your appointment being rescheduled 14 days from the current date.
