Is a deposit required?Yes! A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure all appointments. Availability is not guaranteed without a a deposit and acceptance of terms and conditions.

How far in advance can I book appointments?All appointments can be booked up to a month and a half in advance (45 days) To make any booking inquiries exceeding this time, please email assistance@hairbylin.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Do you work with natural hair?Yes! We work with all different kinds of hair. All hair textures are welcome.

Do you provide hair extensions?We do supply a variety of hair extensions at an additional cost. We also have packages that include hair and installation. Extensions will be reserved for clients who book packages. (Deposit is required to reserve bundles) We can provide additional assistance in helping you find the texture to best match your hair. I don't know which style to book.We recommend booking a consultation to discuss the best styling options for you. Ask general inquires and learn about our services and what we have to offer. If you suffer from any conditions such as alopecia further evaluation is required. Consultations can be done in person, over the phone or via facetime.

Can I book an emergency appointment before or after hours?Yes! Emergency appointments are available at an additional cost. Please click the appointments tab to book an emergency appointment. Squeeze in appointments are not available. Here at Hair By Lin, we like to work efficiently and get all our clients in and out without any excessive wait times.

How do I reschedule my appointment?To reschedule appointments booked online, please check your confirmation email. Find the rescheduling link at the bottom of the page and change your appointment date or time. Another deposit is not required to reschedule.

How do I cancel my appointment?To cancel appointments booked online, please check your confirmation email. Find the rescheduling link at the bottom of the page and change your appointment date or time. Please note another deposit is required if you want to schedule a whole new appointment after canceling.

How long will my service take?Please note that the times listed for services are an estimated time only. Service duration times vary from client to client. I do not wish to rush and my main priority is to give all appointments/clients my undivided attention to achieve the best results and get the best hair experience for your appointment. We ask that you plan your day accordingly.

How many bundles are required for a full install?Standardly, 2-3 bundles may be required for a full install depending on the lengths you may be using. Please note, after 3 bundles, there is an additional upcharge for $25 per bundle. Please check below for our bundle guide. For bundles 18" and UNDER 2 bundles can be utilitzed for a full installation. For bundles 18"-22" and OVER 3 bundles is required for a full installation. For bundles 22" and OVER 4 bundles is required for a full installation. For bob installs - 2 bundles 12"-14" lengths is required.

Do you install previously used or cut hair extensions?Yes! We can re-use previously used extensions. Please ensure the following: 1. Hair must be fully detangled, freshly washed and very clean. 2. Wefts must be free of debris, threads & knots. 3. Wefts must be organized and arranged by weft/length order. 4. Do not arrive with damp hair - Hair must be fully dried. 5. Small cut up pieces is not acceptable. We recommend thoroughly washing your bundles with clarifying shampoo to ensure your extensions is free from all dirt debris and oils. Deep condition your bundles for best results. Failure to arrive prepared, may result in cancelation of your appointment.

Do you accept cards?Yes! We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Other acceptable forms of payment zelle, cash app or paypal.

Do you travel?Yes. I can travel for on location services at additional charges. I am available for photoshoots, weddings and special occasions. For all inquiries, questions or concerns please email assistance@hairbylin.com.

Can I bring a guest or my child(ren)?We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. We request children be brought into only when the child has an appointment. Please make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.

Where can I find the address to my appointment?Thank you for choosing Hair by Lin. An email including the address & directions will be sent 72-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please take the time to review all the guidelines provided in the email.

Is washing my hair required ?Yes, if you didn't book a wash and blow dry, please ensure to wash your hair. For clients arriving pre-washed, your hair and scalp must be THOROUGHLY washed, clean and DETANGLED. Please arrive with no products in your hair because the products that I do use in your hair works best on clean hair. I always ensure your hair is well nourished and moisturized because we want to promote healthy hair growth. If your hair is not clean at my discretion, it will be washed & blow-dried for an additional surcharge. All you will need is your hair packages unless you purchased a hair/install package where the bundles will be provided.

How early can I arrive for my appointment?You are more than welcome to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

How should I arrive to my appointment?Clients should arrive well rested. For all my ladies who love to wear makeup - slay away, be well dressed (bright colors) and bring positive vibes. Be picture ready!

What should i bring to my appointment?If you didn't purchase a hair and install package, all you will need to bring is your hair extensions and payment for your remaining balance.

How can I get my extensions colored for my appointment?To request your custom color service, please add the custom color as an add on to your install appointment during time of booking. Once your appointment is successfully booked, please email me your custom color request. Please note extensions must be dropped off or shipping at least 96 hours prior to your scehduled appointment. If you booked a install & hair package, please email me with your color request only.
